Elizabeth

Elizabeth got certified in 2011 at Harper College, as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

She was inspired by the practice of self care, and holistic wellness and dove right into massage therapy, as well as aromatherapy. 

Elizabeth tailors a therapeutic massage to your specific needs and condition so you can achieve healing and therapeutic relief. She incorporates therapeutic techniques to achieve healing, relief of muscular pain and tension.

Since pain in one area can refer to other points of the muscle, Elizabeth uses Trigger Point Release, which offers ischemic compression of a trigger point which may elicit local tenderness, referred pain, or local twitch response. She can specializes in:

Sandra

Sandra is a 2017 graduate of the Harper College School of Massage Therapy program. She enjoys working with clients who want to overcome on-going muscular pain and soreness in order to live happier, healthier lives.

 

Specializes in therapeutic deep tissue and trigger point massage with the intention of relieving muscular pain and dysfunction

Sandra has had great success helping clients who are dealing with chronic pain, headaches, postural dysfunction associated with office work and regular computer use as well as workers who do heavy lifting and bending.
